The Story: The Isaiah 58 Project

As you all know I was in several different businesses for years trying to figure out my gift, my purpose, until I took a step back just to be still and seek God for guidance. Of course I didn't know at the time that I would ever do business again, I was done.

As I was praying Go Nina Go was created, it was my way to constantly remind myself to be my biggest cheerleader and keep going. I decided if I ever did anything else in the business world I needed it to be true to me no matter what others felt or feared. Then God told me to "be the bridge" and that is when this space was created.

One thing I have always believed in was giving back, and helping others when I can. One day I was reading Isaiah 58 and my spirit was so at peace. Isaiah 58:7 "share your bread with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless, give clothes to those who need them and do not hide from relatives who need your help."

I knew in that moment I wanted to not only do my part to help bridge the gap but also find ways to give back. Maybe time, trading services, or finances.

The Problem

I am still a new growing business, I have learned everything can't be done solo and I need your help. It is so many future entrepreneurs who need support in their business. 

Need funds, or resources just to get things that will be needed so they can take their businesses to the next level. But sometimes these goals require money some don't have.

The Solution

That is where this program comes in, as a way to give back. I would like to either get people to sponsor someone, offer a free service to them, or maybe even do a trade. Eventually when finances increase I will be taking a portion of my sales as well as any donations to change the lives of an entrepreneur. Maybe that is paying for their website, or paying an ASL interpreter to go to a class with them so they can get certified to be a makeup artist I don't know. I see this project as endless possibilities. So please help me pray for direction and any ideas send them my way. 

I also plan on donating fruits and veggies to food pantries, and hopefully connect with some farmers to donate fresh foods to those in need locally. I have really big ideas and this project is something that is still developing. I haven't fully decided how I will take submissions or donations, but the more this project gets developed I will keep you updated.

Plus, I am opened to ideas, I think this will be a great way to honestly help others. Because the world needs good businesses and resources..
